Luigi J. Cerundolo, 82, of Franklin, passed away, January 7, 2018 at the Medway Country Manor. He was the husband of Lucy K. (Annantuonio) Cerundolo for 59 years. He was born in Avellino, Italy, son of the late Pasqualino and Philomena (DiFronzo) Cerundolo moved to Franklin in 1947. He was educated in the Franklin schools. Mr. Cerundolo retired in 1998 from the Rosenfeld Concrete where he was employed as a truck driver. He was an avid sportsman and a member of the Maspenock Rod and Gun Club.
In addition to his wife he is survived by his children, Lisa M. and her husband James Spencer of Franklin, Louis A. Cerundolo of Leicester, Leonard P. Cerundolo of Millville, Lori A. Cerundolo and Joe Prato of Uxbridge, four grandchildren, Leanna Cerundolo, Brian Cerundolo, Cameron Cerundolo and Derek Cerundolo.
He was predeceased by his brother, Antonio Cerundolo.
The funeral will be held Thursday, January 11, 2018 at 9 A.M. from the Consigli Ruggerio Funeral Home 46 Water St. Milford MA. A Mass of Christian burial will be held at 10 A.M. at the St. Mary’s Church 1 Church Square Franklin MA. The burial will follow in the Sacred Heart Cemetery in Milford MA. Calling hours will be held Wednesday from 4 to 8 P.M.
