By MyFM's Rick Michaels - The on-going investigation into the fatal hit and run death of a young boy in Milford has led authorities to focus on finding two-other vehicles and the operators who were on Water Street late Sunday afternoon when four-year old Jonathan Loja was struck and killed. Milford Police Chief Tom O’Loughlin says after further review of surveillance tapes, police are looking for two-different vehicles... a dark-colored 2010 Chevy Traverse and a 2015 or 2016 Nissan Rogue, possibly Silver or Gray. Chief O’Loughlin says the bright red Toyota Scion was not the vehicle that struck the boy, however he would like to talk with the operator and for that matter talk with anyone who may have been driving on Water Street between 4:30 and 5pm on Easter Sunday. So far the owners of two-vehicles of interest were interviewed and voluntarily submitted their vehicles for examination by Milford Police detectives and Crime services of the State Police. Chief O’Loughlin says no facts of detail is too small. Anyone with information is urged call Milford Police.
